  • Dramatic three-sided gas-fireplace custom-made with CSA-approval for condo-limited 4-inch B-vent.
  • Tile-flooring matched on decks for indoor-outdoor connection, with elegant inlay and new lighting.
  • New window-frame millwork.

Biggest Challenge

Concrete condo limitations meant no access above or below. Relocated plumbing, electrical, and bath fixtures including curbless shower within creative cross-strapped ceilings and coffers, and using x-ray imaging for floors runs without damaging rebar.
