Founded in 1996, Sensitive Design Inc. offers a diverse portfolio of design and project management services. The work spans major projects like new construction, houses, and condominiums, as well as smaller-scale renovations.
Susanne, born in Germany, earned a Master’s degree in Architecture (Diplom-Ingenieur) from the University of Munich and further postgraduate studies at the Academy of Fine Arts in Munich. Her early career involved various assignments with architectural firms in Germany, the USA, and Canada before she settled permanently in Vancouver in 1988.
Susanne’s unique blend of creative talent, practical design skills, and extensive technical and project management experience sets Sensitive Design apart. Her engineering background, deep understanding of building techniques, and commitment to staying informed about North American and European technology provide a distinct competitive advantage.
